| Dear Turtle Tree Seed customers, In our late autumn gardens the last harvests still coming in. As the evenings drawn in, golden leaves fall on the roads and paths as we start to prepare harvested beds for their winter rest with row cover, cover crops and compost. We feel so much gratitude for the changing seasons and the reflection that the longer nights bring. Autumn bounty is flowing in, and if you have more than you can use, please remember to check in with your local food pantry to see what they are able to accept from your garden’s abundance. If you regularly visit a food pantry or are part of a food security, food sovereignty, or food education initiative in your area, and your organization has land for growing food, please make them aware of our seed donation program. Requests are accepted before February for February and March sending. Your financial donations to us help to support this work as well as our day to day operations, and sometimes a special need like the new overwintering hoop house and replacement greenhouse wood stove which we purchased with help from last year’s donations. With heartfelt gratitude, –The Turtle Tree Seed Team NEW! 2026 STELLA NATURA CALENDARS are HERE!
